Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at bekkz2b@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at bekkz2b@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
